Avoid different values for DateTime properties for editors in different time zones

Hello,

When an editor who is in another time zone than the server sets a value for a DateTime property the value that is shown is a value that has been converted to the server's time zone.

Is there a way to avoid this behavior to always have the value that was set by the editor and not a converted value ?
