I mean for example: We have a website and want to show personalized content, prictures and lets say products as well. I know conent isn't a big issue, i guess pictures aren't either.
But how about products? Lets say products comes from a PIM, how "easy" is it?
Or if you have Pinterest, can you personalize conent and pictures (and even products) on your site based on the conent from Pinterest?
This page explains how to use personalization with the CMS: http://webhelp.episerver.com/latest/cms-edit/personalizing-content.htm.
And this one extends that functionality to Commerce: http://webhelp.episerver.com/latest/commerce/sample-site/commerce-personalization.htm.
For developer information about CMS personalization, see http://world.episerver.com/documentation/developer-guides/CMS/personalization/.
Much of Episerver's near term development is focused on personalization, so stay tuned for exciting new developments in this area.
Thanks!
In order to make the peronalization work with products and order, must it be Epi commerce?
Can the peronalization figure it out on its own what products to show? Like if you looking for a car with big wheels and leather seats. can the personalization show other cars with big wheels and leatcher seats? or show other leather details?
As you might see im pretty new to this :)

Hi Gustav
It sounds like you are looking for the Episerver Perform product as described here http://world.episerver.com/blogs/Quan-Mai/Dates/2017/3/episerver-perform-integration-for-commerce/ and here http://www.episerver.com/products/platform/personalization/
I suggest you speak to your local Episerver partner manager who can put you in touch with a solution architect to talk you through this.

Hi
As the topics says. Is it possible to collaborate Epi Personalization with data from other sources? Like third party apps, sites and so on?
I have a client that have some custom built applications and using som third party apps and wonder if we can use some of that data and bring it into Epi personalization? Or is Epis personalization only for content on site?
