Hi, to add to this there is a bug also in the styles dropdown that I've posted to Ben McKernan blog comments. My issue is also when using the all properties view as is the case in Eriks report.

@Erik, have you tried does it work correctly in the OPE?

(@Bob, also the TinyMCE status bar is not visible in OPE but is visible in the all properties view, so if using OPE you cannot for exaple see the wordcount if you have added that plugin)

An update. The issue is caused by TinyMCE and we have created a PR with a fix on their GitHub repository. Please go there and comment on the PR or related bugs if you are affected by this. https://github.com/tinymce/tinymce/pull/4297

I will update the bug description to reflect this.
