Publish button does not display when adding SEO keywords

We loaded the newest version of Episerver into our development environment and testing everything. We found that when we add keywords in SEO the publish button does not appear. Is anyone else having this issue?

I have just tested this and could not replicate just to confirm i was on version 11.15.0 of Episerver

My test property was as follows

       public virtual IList<string> StringPropertyList { get; set; }

This was an Alloy solution I installed from scratch, which does not use a Property List for their keywords property, so i ahd to make a new one as an example.

Can you show me the property type for your SEO Keywords via code ?
