Enhanced Redirect Manager leading to duplicate pages
We are getting a really odd issue when trying to use the Enhanced Redirect Manager by Verndale (https://www.optimizely.com/apps/enhanced-redirect-manager/).
It shows the destination page at the top, then the source page below it in the same page view.

Has anyone dealt with anything like this? In the Network tab of the Developer tools, both pages are returning a 200.
We don't have any modules modifying our headers or other custom redirects that we know of.
