Commerce Server Folder Stucture?

I am writing a payment provider for RBS Worldpay for EPi Commerce and I just want to be sure I am doing something, quite basic, correctly.

In the Commerce SDK, on the payment provider info, Part 1, point 3 it says:

From the root of the site create the folder structure: This adheres to Commerce Manager. <update this>

Can anyone update this?  I can figure it out but I want to make sure I don't figure it out incorrectly.
