CustomerContext.Current Object reference not set to an instance of an object

I am using a console application for accessing user contact information of EPiServer Commerce, but I am getting error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when try to call any method of CustomerContext.Current.

Please provide configuration step to set the app.config to get object of CustomerContext.Current
