EPiServer.Commerce.AddOns.Manager Error
How did you install Commerce? EPiServer Commerce doesn't yet support installation only through NuGet.
Installation Instructions and Install EPiServer Updates.

You'll need to make sure you have EPiServer.Commerce.AddOns.Manager.dll in your modulesbin folder. The version that should be in there is 2.0.926.0.

I installed a new Commerce installation in a Episerver CMS with patest nuget, and after installation I got this error:
Could not load file or assembly 'EPiServer.Commerce.AddOns.Manager' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
I have try to find some referens to this file, but I can find it.
Can someone help me...
