I am new at the forum, and hopefully some of you can help me.
I am an online marketeer and responsible for a B2B webshop.
Since a couple of weeks, some of our customers see an incorrect order total in their shopping cart, while the cart is empty or contains less products then the order total shows.
I tried to reproduce this bug in many ways, but with no success.
Some more details:
- Customers can add products to their cart without being logged on- When placing an order, customers have to log on in the shop- Customers can use their orderhistory for new orders- In some cases, customers had an empty cart before logon and after logon the cart showed an amount in the checkout while still empty
Has anyone experienced the same issue?
Can you make sure certain workflows were called when the cart is changed? Most notably CartValidate which make sure the total of cart is calculated in cases such as items were removed from cart?
