When a new product is added in the catalog the URL works differently in differnt browser.

Works everywhere

Doesn't work everywhere. Some people get it page not found. It is very unpredictable. I can't say to try it in incognito because it sometimes works there too, and sometiems not.

Has anybody else seen this before?
