Hi, is there a way to make a (new) promotion that will run for every cart?  Meaning, even if user enters NO coupon code?

Hi Ken,

In Marketing UI, creating/editing discount, you could leave Promotion code blank - it will allow that discount works without coupon.

promotion code

Or I'm missing something with your implementation? Could you show more detail about your idea.
