Concurrency violation: the DeleteCommand affected 0 of the expected 1 records.

Hello all,

We have catalog full of nodes, products and variants. Everything seems to behave normally. Problem arises when we try to delete/empty the catalog completely. It fails with an error code "Concurrency violation: the DeleteCommand affected 0 of the expected 1 records." This happens no matter from where we try to empty the catalog (Commerce manager or Epi Commerce side.) If we delete catalog items one-by-one everything goes well but the mass delete will fail.

Any clues how to resolve this annoying issue?

Which version are you on? It seems to me this was a bug in 11.2 or something, but was fixed later.

Ok. Good to hear. We are currently on 11.2.6. I'll get back to this after update if the problem doesn't resolve.

It sounds like bug COM-5821, which was fixed in Commerce 11.5

I of course recommend to go with the latest version.
