My agency has been hired to build a new site for our client using Insite Commerce Version 5.
I am having a hard time finding any documentation or tutorials on how to even begin.
Can someone point me to any info to get me started?

Can looking at Episerver Foundation help?

Or does that not include the right kind of Commerce? Sorry, I'm a bit commerce-confused...

I believe Insite Commerce is Episerver commerce b2b. You can search for Episerver b2b documentation and example site ion Episerver Github

I don't think there's a sample site on the Episerver github account. The Quicksilver B2B site on Github is an implementation of an Episerver commerce site with B2B functionality added. The documentation's certainly about though. You can find it on Episerver world here:
