Gift Card With Custom Currency Balance Not Deducted After Successful Processing


Hi Guys,

I have a problem with the checkout process using gift card, when I use a USD currency, it will work as expected. But, when I use a custom currency, the process was still successful, yet it will not be reflected to the gift card. I am using the Foundation project for this. I have already set the product to have a price for my custom currency, configured the gift card to have the current market for the custom currency, also added the currency rate from my custom currency to usd. But still it won't able to deduct from the giftcard although the process is successful, and even sent a confirmation email.

Hopefully someone could give me an idea on how to go through this.

A very long shot, but you might want to check the currency exchange rate. Is there a rate between USD and your currency?
