Convert episerver 3 links in text to episerver 4 links

Hello, I am in the middle of an upgrade from episerver 3 to episerver 4. My problem is that all inline links are linked to old page templates (i.e /templates/KVS_Infopage_general____46598.asp ) and I am now using new page templates (i.e /templates/KVS_InfopageGeneral____46598.aspx). Does anybody know if there is an existing converter that solves this issue? Thank you.

You can use the search and replace function. http://www.episerver.com/templates/CommunitySamplesCollection____2628.aspx scroll down under productivity. Glad to see someone else is doing an upgrade - I just finished an upgrade. Hopefully some of my posts on here will help you out. /John
