There is a code sample for sending custom emails using xforms which you could customize to fit your need I think.

Hi
i have developed an x-form(having username, mail content,submit & cancel buttons) to send Email. On the click of submit i need to send mail to a specific mail address (where the to Mailid should be taken from a dynamic property) and on click of Cancel should redirect to a specific page. how could i do this, rather giving the from & to mailids in Submit button property?
