Yes, there is, and it is even documented. 
Property EnableVisibleInMenu on the SiteMap webcontrol is the one you are looking for. From the SDK: "EnableVisibleInMenu: If tree should check that page should be "visible in menus" to appear in tree. "

We're running a site on EPiServer 4.61, and the SiteMap control doesn't show pages that have Visible in menus unchecked.
Is there any way to make these pages appear in the site map, eg an undocumented property
?
Failing that, is the source code for the Site map web control available so we don't have to re-write the whole thing?
(Our user's requirement is that they have a large list of similar pages that they don't wish to appear in the navigation, but do want to appear in the site map, so users can select them here)
