We have a development site, we then copied this site and set-up for active directory access. On the first site if I login as administrator I can see in the Admin area the Tools section with "Export Data", "Import Data", etc. In the second site below Tools I get the message "No tools have been defined". Switching the second site back to the same login mechanism as the first does not allow the tools to be shown. Why would the "Import Data" tool option not be available? Are there permissions required, I am logging in as the administration account on both systems?
