Episerver form submissions is empty
I've had a similar bug when the form didn't contain anything other than a button, so something similar might be your case as well. They have fixed this in one of the newer versions, but check out if my workaround helps you.

Thanks a lot. I've upgraded my episerver cms and forms to latest version and it solved the problem.

I've installed a new Episerver and then Forms. Then I've created a form with some simple data types and submitted my form several times. I can download my form submissions (like in CSV) and they contain all data I've submitted, but no data is shown on form submission page. What could be wrong?
