Episerver 7.5 HtmlRewriteToExternal not called

Hi,

We have requirement to update the HTML pages with the  HTML scripts stored as PageScripts in episerver.

In Episerver 6 this was achieved using HtmlRewriteToExternal.HtmlRewriteInit handler, which internally used to call rewritePipe.HtmlRewriteName and HtmlRewriteValue, to manipulate te html. But in episerv 7.5, this does not work.

Can someone please suggest what is the equivalent of this in episerver 7.5 or is there any settings to get this enabled in episerver 7.5.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
