XhtmlString: The Add-local-block button
I have created restrictions on block types in a XhtmlString field but the "Add local block" button provides a list of all block types, even the ones that have been restricted. It is not possible to publish changes if a user has added a restricted type (so you would say that there is no issue) but my client wishes for the button to only display the allowed types on the list.
