How to get the Site settings assets component to show?

Hello, I am trying to replicate the Site settings assets component from the Foundation CMS project. I have copied both the Infrastructure and Feature folders from the  Foundation CMS project into my own solution. I also did copy the startup file as well.

I did go through the SettingsService file in debugger mode and compared it to the behavior of the Foundation CMS project and there seems no problem with it.

What could be missing that causes the site settings asset component to not appear?

Any help is appreciated.

Can you try doing Reset Views from the top right in CMS where it has profile icon --> My Settings then go to Display Options tab and you should see Reset Views button.
