Hi, 

im currently having an issue with the built in form container where the fields arent being cleared after the form has been submitted. Once the form is submitted it will take you to another page, however if you go back to the url where the form is, the fields are still populated.

Whats really strange is that if i attempt to replicate this locally/on the test environment or the UAT environment it works perfectly fine and the issue doesnt occur. This tells me that it cant be a coding related issue and is in fact something to do with the settings in the CMS?

Does anyone know of any settings within the CMS which may be causing this?
