EPnCachePolicyTimeout conflicts with globalization

When I set the EPnCachePolicyTimeout value in the web.config to something above 0, our globalization stops working. Is this supposed to happen?

How do we enable caching so that our pages do not appear stale and expired, if we have globalization enabled?

This is for CS 4.62.

I think you have to add epslanguage to the EPsCacheVaryByParams setting.
