One of our customers is trying to add special characters in ISO-format to a page in the Episerver editor (for example: right angle quote —) and the first you time you "Save and publish" the page the characters is working properly.
The problem occurs when editing the page again, when the special characters often turns in to question marks instead of the right characters. Is this a known bug or something like that with the Episerver editor? Version of Episerver is 4.41.
