I get the error shown below when I run the migration tool, "no csproj file". Will the migration tool create a csproj or should there already be in the target site?

The target site was installed with deployment center, option "Install site(sqlServer), I didn't include the public templates. The documentation(tech note migration tool) about the target site is a bit fuzzy "Use EPiServer CMS Manager to install the EPIServer CMS 5 SP2 site."...
