Strange TinyMCE toolbar positioning issue on Mac in Chrome and Safari

Has anyone seen any issues with the TinyMCE editor on Chrome of Safari on a Mac? Specifically the positioning of the TinyMCE toolbar overtop of the top few rows of text.
