since start of 2023-04 it seems that the recipients REST endpoint returns a HTTP status 403 when including the prefix "Basic " in the authentication header. This worked before.
We then removed the "Basic " prefix, which seemed to fix the problem. Since today, the 403 error occurs again. After readding the "Basic " prefix in the authentication header, it seems to work.
