Scrolling through tabs in the CMS on EPiServer.CMS Version 12.34.2 broken

The only thing that will help in your case is upgrading to a newer version of EPiServer.CMS, the tab navigation issue has already been fixed by Optimizely

We noticed this issue on version 12.34.2 of EPiServer.CMS. When you have enough tabs on a page/content type to show the arrows to navigate, the arrows don't work. It starts to scroll but then gets pushed back. Tested this on a few sites and they all had this issue. The arrows circled in green are the ones that are not working.
