Real-time updates not working in DXP Linux


We are getting errors while loading the CMS UI:

The logs say nothing about this.


  • Chrome 97.0.4692.71
  • Optimizely Commerce 14.1.2
  • Optimizely CMS 12.2.0

Everything works as expected locally using IIS Express.

Hi Viktor,

I think you will need to reach out to Optimizely support and request them to configure the app service.

We have experienced this in the past and generally it is down to websockets on the app service not being enabled.
