Scheduled Jobs - wrong display of execution time

Hi,

Currently in admin interface, all job exection time is displayed as `<1s`, where I'm sure that is much longer.
I'm using EPiServer.CMS 12.11.0 and EPiServer.Framework 12.9.1

Apparently there was a bug registered CMS-24709, and it should be fixed in 12.12 which is under testing right now
