Move "Manage Expiration and Archiving" functionality to the Settings tab

Hi, in the basic property area (Page header section with Name, Name in URL, Simple Address, Tools), there is a Tools dropdown menu with some functionality. One of the elements in the Tools dropdown menu is the functionality to archive a page. Is it possible to move that functionality to the Settings tab (SystemTabNames.Settings)?

Hi Tam,

I think moving that functionality would be difficult.

That being said you could replicate that functionality, I suppose the question is why?
