Programmatically restore an item
If you are already programatically changing the location of the content item, why not include a ContentReference property in the ContentType to store the "Archived From" location? If you populate this as you archive the item, you will know where it was originally.

Hi,
I am currently working on episerver cms 10.
We have archived all the news in a folder under root page.
To archive the news in a folder we have created a job.
we need to give a functionality to restore an item so that it will go back to its original location as we have in recycle bin.
Please can anyone help to give such functionality to restore an item.
