And is there anything in the logs?

There is nothing is logs. My Episerver version is 11.12 and Epi form version is 4.27.

Very strange.

Could it possibly be an EditorDescriptor you've got in the solution having unintended consequences in forms?

Do you have special permissions in place that could be restricting it?

A year later.. did you ever figure this out?

Better post a solution in here as well since this rank high on Google on searching for missing Forms tab :P . From other older post on this forum:

Use "Reset Views" found under My Settings (click profile icon) --> Display Options tab

Hi All,

  I'm going through the Episerver CMS training course (Episerver Web Site Visual Studio template, Empty web site) and have successfully added custom page types using C# code. When I add an instance of my code-defined page type in CMS Edit mode, I am missing the Content and Settings tabs.

  When I define and add a custom page via the CMS UI, that added page does show the Content and Settings tabs.

  My EpiServer Form Nuget package version is 4.30.4. Willing to provide any extra information to help diagnose this.
