In your topic dropdown, add the email adress as the value and the topic name as the display name.
In your second screenshot, set focus to the "to" field, click "insert placeholder" and choose the name of your topic-property to use the email address from the topic dropdown as recipient.

We have a requirement to send the email, after a form submission, dynamically based on a choice from the form.
Ex: based on the choice the user made in the dropdown "topic", the email would be sent to a different email address:
Is there a way to configure dynamically the email address sent to, based on an option from the form?
If not, what would be the best strategy to acheive this?
