There's been ongoing issues with the demo indexes and their tools for a while now. Episerver are moving away from how these are handling from an infrastructure point of view and estimate a solution in the next few weeks. At the moment these are low priority for them, if you're desperately having issues I'd suggest contacting your partner manager at Episerver or the support team.

I do not think that site are using a demo index but yes, Scott is correct, the Find team are focused on infrastructure changes and this site propably are low priority but we will forward this to the PM for Find

Thanks for the replies, I guess we will have to do without! There isn't a robust Find demo in the Github repo that I could find, either.

Find is designed to be installed with the CMS Alloy sample site -- that is its sample site. The Alloy site installation provides an option to configure Find.
