Have you been able to solve this?
It could be an issue with the actual index but it could also be an issue if connection to dl.episerver.net is blocked.
Could you send in a support case and share the index name?
If it's a DXP enviroment it would suffice with the subscription name.
Some Adblocking addons are known to block dl.episerver.net connections.
It's not a DXP environment.
Ok I will do that, I don't use AdBlock or anything like that unless Chrome does it for me
I notice this has been marked as solved. Would it be possible to share the resolution? I'm seeing this same issue occur for multiple users across multiple sites using multiple browsers in DXP, Azure, on-prem and locally where previously it's been working. It's not a blocker as such as you can still access the functionality via the "Optimization" panel but regardless, I'd be keen to understand how this issue has arisen and what can be done to resolve it.
