Context menu not available in IIS express in VS 2010

Hi,
Running EpiServer CMS Verision 6.1.379.0. When using the IIS express in Visual Studio 2010 the context menu is missing. This issue only happens when the website is run locally from the debugging mode in Visual Studio, when the page is run from a server the context menu does work. I already tried these suggestions (http://shahinalborz.se/2011/05/context-menu-missing-in-episerver-cms/) and so far I still can not get the context menu to work.
