Problems installing demo site

I have tried installing a new demo site for EPiServer CMS R2 Beta on a Microsoft Windows 2003 server. When I run the "Install Demo Templates for CMS 6" and have chosen EPiServerTestSite I come to "Installing - Importing content" and then I get "Error - object reference not set to an instance of an object". I am new using EPiServer so could very easy be something ridiculous I have forgotten.
I have tried to repair and run again with the same result.
