Cannot create new pages
If globalization is turned on, make sure there are active languages and that languages are available in that branch of the page tree:
1. In admin mode - config - system configuration - manage webiste languages
2. In edit mode, right click on root/start page and go to language settings. Check that there are available languages.

Hi. This is probably a dumb problem, but, we can't create new pages in our EpiServer CMS 6 site. All the rights and group configurations seem to be ok, but the "create new" button and the "edit" button in the right-click menu are always disabled, for all users and all pages. The delete-button works though. The site uses SQL membership provider and we've created all the necessary groups and users. The thing is that it is still possible to create new pages under the root catalog, but not under starpage or pages below that node. Everything worked fine until we moved the site inside DMZ.
Anyone had this problem?
