Social Reach: Account and AccessToken?



After some minor issues I've got Social Reach to work, or so I thought...

When I was adding channels I noticed it did not look like this article:

I only had 3 input boxes + access rights, but 5 labels:

1 Name (Channel.Name)
3 Campaign source (Channel.CampaignSource)
4 Campaign medium (Channel.CampaignMedium)
5 Access rights

Any options to add an Account and AccessToken simply wasn't there.
I've had the same issue on both my dev and production box.

Anyone had the same issue or can guide me in the right direction?
