Initializing Issue with an 6 to 6R2 Upgrade

Hi all, 

I'm getting this error, and I have not clue where to look at. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Looks like the event management system messes up somehow. Try disabling events and remove events in the episerver.config before doing the upgrade.
