You cannot do this only in the front end. You need to do a call in the backend to get the creation time of the file. Does the document reside in the file system (outside Episerver) or inside Episerver's file manager?

Hi,
Once a week i will need to add a document on a page. All documents need to have a publication date (actual date from the system – like this - or similar 27 November 2014 12:30)
The date should be just below of any documents that I will add to this page.
In HTML source what should I put in to have actual data of adding a new document.
And please I.m not a computer specjalist :) and i need a s mple and transparent answer.
