500 Episerver Error: How to get detailed error message?

So rebuilt the visual studio project, now I'm getting what appears to be an EpiServer 500 error on one particular page.    The message is:

Page could not be loaded
The link you specified does not work. This may either be the result of temporary maintenance or an incorrect link.

I found this text message in this file:   lang\LanguageEN.xml

Any way to get the detailed error message?   I looked in the Event log on the server and didn't see anything.

Try to enable logger to write to EPiServer log file. If that's local site and debugger is available - attach that.
