Episerver mail was used to send out a newsletter to det customers but they only recieved a login box. I tried to send a preview test mail and it worked out just fine. Any pointers to what could be wrong?

The page used for the content of the mailing must be publicly available; you must be able to see it without being logged in.

Can you verify that's the case?
