EPiServer Mail 7 - Unsubscribe

We are receivng a 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. when using a $unsubscribeUrl§ in a sending template.  The link tries to go to

 

http://DOMAIN/EPiServerMail/Public/GoMail.aspx?op=false&mid=a41e861d-9249-485d-a287-f0acdcda4d41&rid=741478cb-5a6b-4d4f-aa1b-d065ccfa206f&url=http%3a%2f%2fDOMAIN%2fEPiServerMail%2fPublic%2fUnsubscribe.aspx%3frid%3d%2525u00a7recipientId%2525u00a7%26mid%3da41e861d-9249-485d-a287-f0acdcda4d41%26utm_source%3depiservermail%26utm_medium%3dnewsletter%26utm_campaign%3dIntroducing%2bThe%2bNew%2bSite

 

Where DOMAIN is the sites actual domain.

 

If I try to navigate to EPiServerMail/Public/Unsubscribe.aspx I receive a page not found.

 

We are using EPiServer 7.1 - Patch 3 using MVC with BVNetwork FileNotFound Redirect


Any ideas?

I have tried the direct link and now get a page severed but RID on unsubscribe is not correct.
