Conditional Comments are being removed

Five minutes later this behavior changed, no idea why. Comments are not longer filtered and everthing work like a charme. Two days of work and now a little magic :)

The problem is back again - the conditional comments are gone if I send the newsletter preview. If I preview the page in a browser (direct from EPiServer) everything is fine.

Any help is appreciated!
