UI: apply Access hint icon in epi-cms.component.Media

This feature request applies to user experience combined with access level for folders inside the GlobalAssetRoot, both for blockes and media.
Currently (CMS 7.5) the editor will not know her access level before she tries to upload something to a folder, in the media tab. If this could be visualiazed inbeforehand it would be a much better user experiense! My suggestion is to use the lock icon, as it is used in the PageTree, to indicate what the user can excpect of behavor from a contentfolder in the Media tab/block tab!
