Show overlay label for ContentArea when hovering in On-Page-Edit mode

When in On-Page-Edit mode, most page properties get a small green overlay label with the property name, next to the green frame.
However, ContentAreas don't get this label, just the frame.
1. Enable overlay label for ContentAreas as well
2. For all overlay labels: Display the property's help text (if available) when hovering over the overlay label.
