Explicitly show what time zone is the next scheduled date in the Scheduled Jobs admin
Store as UTC, show in local time would be the best, same as is done with the rest of Episerver.

Now it is impossible for an admin to know what time zone the scheduled job is scheduled to run. Is it in UTC, local time or server time.
